Microsoft CEO Steve Ballmer touted the touch-based navigation of Windows 8, saying that consumers can harness that feature on tablets, as well astouch-based laptops, hybrids, and all-in-one PCs. He also added that Microsoft has "truly re-imagined Windows and kicked off a new era".
The CEO Steve Ballmer then introduced the apps and services available through Windows 8, such as Intenex Explorer 10, SkyDrive,
Bing, Skype, Outlook and Xbox Music and Video. He also show off how the new OS makes use of could storage, which he defined as "the ability to connect your computer to your "stuff" as smothing "magical".

The CEO Steve Ballmer also he has predicted that 400 million new PCs will nothing left solds, most of wich will run on Windows 8, as well as 670 million potential Windows 8 upgrades that cost $40 each. How the people react to new OS is everyone's guess.
